If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item to us within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in original new condition (not worn, not washed, not altered) and must still have all tags attached. Items returned without tags or that are not in original condition may not qualify for a refund. Items purchased as FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE cannot be returned or exchanged. Byer California will not accept returns past 60 days from date of order.
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed on ByerCA.com between November 20, 2016 and December 24, 2016 qualify for our extended holiday return window and can be returned up until January 25, 2017. Returns must be in original new condition with all tags attached. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on jewelry/accessories, intimate apparel and clearance items.
Return shipping is a flat $5 fee when you use our prepaid FedEx return label AND your return arrives at our warehouse within 30 days of the date you received it. The $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 5-7 days for transit and processing time. Returns that are received after 30 and before 60 days will incur a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your return refund. Items purchased as FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE cannot be returned or exchanged.
FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE Items
Items purchased as FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. Promotions, including gift cards, coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale or Clearance purchases.
At this time, ByerCA.com cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on ByerCA.com. You can always call Customer Service at 1-844-628-4498 or email email@example.com for assistance.
Use Our Prepaid Return Label for Return Shipping
To return an item purchased at ByerCA.com, simply follow the return instructions on the order invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include the Return Receipt in an appropriate shipping box or bag. A pre-paid shipping label is included in all orders. (The $5 return shipping fee will be taken off of your refund.) Affix our pre-paid FedEx return label to that shipping box and drop it off at any FedEx pick-up location. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you ship your return using another method, please be sure to ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. ByerCA.com cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
ByerCA.com does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet ByerCA.com return requirements.
Once your return package has been received by ByerCA.com, your refund will be processed and credited to the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Returning a ByerCA.com Gift
Items purchased on ByerCA.com and received as a gift may be returned two ways:
- By mail when accompanied by an invoice (you must secure this invoice from the purchaser) within 30 days of purchase - a credit will be issued in the form of a ByerCA.com credit via email to the gift recipient. Please make sure to include your email address with your gift receipt when you ship your return. ByerCA.com credits may be redeemed both in Byer California Retail locations and on ByerCA.com. If your return does not have a receipt with it, we will have to provide credit at the current retail price of the garment. Often this can be below purchase price.
- Over the Phone at 1-844-628-4498. Customer service will be able to look up your item and process the return. Gift credit will be e-mailed upon receipt of returned garment.
